Dr. Sketchy's first BIG WILD Media Mention in Anchorage.<br /><br />From Beth Bragg's column:<br /><br />"As one big wild parody bit the dust and another gained momentum last week, one thing's apparent: Like it or not, Anchorage's new slogan is catching on.<br /><br />"Ever since the unveiling of the Big Wild Life branding campaign three months ago, the curiously unpunctuated slogan has become both a punchline and a catchphrase.<br /><br />"There's still more mocking than there is praise, and there's that embarrassing business about the bear-scat logo being a "placeholder" until a real (read: new and improved) logo could be designed. But you can't deny the phrase has insinuated itself into our vocabulary.<br /><br />"The Imaginarium is organizing a summer camp for kids called Big Wildlife. Bernie's Bungalow is planning an adults-only drawing class and calling it <b><u>Dr. Sketchy's Big Wild Life</u></b>. An arts organization is hyping its Big Wild Opera.
